How to wash and dry your laundry

Everything in chronological order from choosing the program to picking up clean laundry. The same instructions are also available in the laundromat.

Programs A, B and C at a glance

Choose the program directly on the machine according to how dirty the laundry is. Here you can quickly see the difference between the programs and the cycle time.

Program A

Standard program without prewash

For lightly soiled laundry.

Cycle time: 35 min
Program B

Program with hypoallergenic prewash

For normally soiled laundry.

Cycle time: 42 min
Program C

Program with hypoallergenic prewash

For more heavily soiled laundry.

Cycle time: 42 min
Own products

If you want to wash with your own detergent

  • Choose the no-chemicals program.
  • Pull out the drawer and add your own detergent or softener.
  • This is useful for merino wool, sportswear or sheeps wool.
  • In the no-detergent program you choose either 40 °C or 60 °C.
Delicate laundry

How to wash gently

  • Choose program A, B or C.
  • Press the tub icon that is underlined twice on the washer.
  • Delicate laundry is washed at 30 °C with a low spin speed.
Washing step by step

Chronological washing process

This is the exact order to follow at the washer from start to finish.

Put the laundry into an empty washer and close it

First load the laundry into the selected washer and close the door properly.

Choose program A, B or C and the temperature

Choose the program according to how dirty the laundry is. If you wash without chemicals, also set 40 °C or 60 °C.

If you use your own products, put them into the drawer

Only with the no-chemicals program should you pull out the drawer and add your own detergent or softener.

Go to the terminal and enter the washer number

Washer 1 is large. Washers 6, 7 and 8 are small. The number is marked in a red circle below the drum and you confirm it on the terminal with the green Enter button.

Pay by card or cash

The terminal accepts cards, coins from 5 to 50 CZK and banknotes from 100 to 1000 CZK. Any credit can be returned.

Go back to the machine and start washing

Start the program directly on the washer with the green Start button.

You can leave during washing

The washer stays locked during the cycle and unlocks automatically when the program ends.

Payment

How to pay at the terminal

  • Washer 1 is large. Washers 6, 7 and 8 are small. Dryer 9 is large. Dryers 10 and 11 are small.
  • The machine number is always in a red circle below the drum.
  • After entering the machine number, confirm with the green Enter button.
  • You can pay by card, coins or banknotes.
  • After the machine starts, any remaining credit can be returned with the silver credit-return button.
Drying

How to continue after washing

  • Put the washed laundry into an empty dryer and close it.
  • Choose the drying program.
  • At the terminal enter dryer number 9, 10 or 11 and pay.
  • Go back to the machine and start drying with the green Start button.
  • Dryers 10 and 11 are small: 90 CZK / 15 min. Dryer 9 is large: 90 CZK / 12 min.
  • The dryer stays unlocked, so we do not recommend leaving the laundromat.

Good to know before you come

Detergents

Professional detergent and softener are normally included in the wash price and dispensed automatically.

If you are unsure

The instructions are on the website and directly in the laundromat. If needed, help is also available by phone.

Difference between washing and drying

You can leave the washer running unattended, but it is better to stay near the dryer.
